安徽宏信药业发展有限公司是一家集中药材规范化种植、中药饮片加工、中药 提取、中成药制造、产品研发、进出口贸易于一体的现代化中药企业，并荣获国家 高新技术企业、科技型中小企业、安徽省“专精特新”企业、安徽省农业产业化龙 头企业等多项荣誉。

公司成立于2013年，现拥有普通中药饮片、毒性中药饮片、直接口服饮片、破 壁饮片、中药提取、中药丸剂、食品等7条生产线。公司固体制剂车间预留有中药 胶囊剂、片剂生产线，仅需增添胶囊填充、铝塑包装、压片等生产设备，即可完成 胶囊剂和片剂生产线的生产许可。

公司占地面积105亩，规划总建筑面积约8.5万平方米，现已建成约6.5万平方 米，其中提取车间面积9690.6平方米、制剂车间总面积7410.3平方米、中药饮片 生产车间8600平方米、仓库面积约10000平方米、检验中心面积1262.5平方米、质 检研发综合楼5151平方米。公司现有员工200余人，其中专业技术人员占比60%以 上。

公司现有中药材种植基地2000亩，通过技术指导和科学检测，保证了基地中药 材的产量和质量；从采收、加工、生产、物流，全程监管，环环把控，形成了一整 套的质量控制体系，实现了中药加工生产可追溯性。

多年来，公司始终坚持科技创新，不断打造核心竞争力，与安徽中医药大学、 南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学等高校及科研院所建立了良好的产、学、研合 作关系。先后获得逍遥丸（浓缩丸）、咳喘丸国药准字批准文号，发明专利授权4 件，实用新型专利授权12件，省级药品标准3项；承担省级科技项目2项。宏信药 业自主研发的三七破壁饮片、丹参破壁饮片、西洋参破壁饮片成为安徽省中药破壁 饮片首批批准创新中药饮片品种。公司同时致力于六神曲、红曲等发酵类饮片的研 发。

Anhui Hongxin Pharmaceutical Development Co., Ltd. is a modern Chinese  medicine enterprise integrating standardized planting of Chinese medicine, processing of Chinese medicine decoction pieces, extraction of Chinese medicine,  manufacturing of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,  product research and development, import and export trade, and has won many  honors such as national high-tech enterprise, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, “specialized and innovative” enterprise in Anhui Province, and leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Anhui Province. The company was established in 2013 and currently has 7 production lines,  including ordinary Chinese medicine decoction pieces, toxic Chinese medicine  decoction pieces, direct oral decoction pieces, broken wall decoction pieces,  Chinese medicine extraction, Chinese medicine pills, and food. The company’s  solid preparation workshop reserves a production line for traditional Chinese  medicine capsules and tablets. Simply add production equipment such as capsule filling, aluminum plastic packaging, and tablet pressing to complete the production license for the capsule and tablet production lines.

The company covers an area of 105 acres, with a planned total construction  area of approximately 85000 square meters. It has now completed approximately  65000 square meters, including an extraction workshop area of 9690.6 square  meters, a preparation workshop area of 7410.3 square meters, a traditional Chinese medicine production workshop of 8600 square meters, a warehouse area of  approximately 10000 square meters, an inspection center area of 1262.5 square  meters, and a quality inspection and research and development complex building of 5151 square meters. The company currently has over 200 employees, with  over 60% of them being professional and technical personnel.

The company currently has a planting base of 2000 acres of traditional Chinese medicine, and through technical guidance and scientific testing, the yield  and quality of the base’s traditional Chinese medicine have been ensured; A complete quality control system has been formed from harvesting, processing,  production, logistics, full process supervision, and environmental control, achieving traceability of traditional Chinese medicine processing and production.

For many years, the company has always adhered to technological innovation, continuously building core competitiveness, and established good industrial,  academic, and research cooperation relationships with universities and research  institutes such as Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shanghai University of Traditional  Chinese Medicine. We have successively obtained approval numbers for Xiaoyao  Pill (Concentrated Pill) and Kechuan Pill, 4 invention patent authorizations, 12 utility model patent authorizations, and 3 provincial-level drug standards; Undertake  2 provincial-level science and technology projects. Hongxin Pharmaceutical’s  independently developed Panax notoginseng broken wall decoction pieces, Salvia miltiorrhiza broken wall decoction pieces, and American ginseng broken wall  decoction pieces have become the first batch of approved innovative varieties of  traditional Chinese medicine broken wall decoction pieces in Anhui Province. The  company is also committed to the research and development of fermented beverage pieces such as Liushenqu and Hongqu.
